Figueres<\/strong> haur\u00e0 de portar l\u2019equipament oficial del Club, que consta de banyador, pantalons curts, pantalons llargs, samarreta, dessuadora (opcional: motxilla i tovallola).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">COMPETICIONS I DESPLA\u00c7AMENTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Els despla\u00e7aments aniran sempre a c\u00e0rrec dels pares (en cas d\u2019alguna excepci\u00f3 se\u2019ls hi comunicar\u00e0).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: El nedador\/a \u00e9s responsable dels desperfectes que ocasioni als hotels, pensions o stages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Les competicions que no siguin de Lliga, volunt\u00e0ries de millora de temps per disputar Campionats, seran assumides econ\u00f2micament pels pares dels nadadors\/es que hi assisteixin.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: El nedador\/a est\u00e0 obligat a competir amb el casquet oficial del Club.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 5<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: L\u2019entrenador\/a decideix quins nedadors\/es competeixen als Campionats.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">R\u00c8GIM ESPORTIU<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Article 1: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els nedadors\/es hauran d\u2019assistir a un m\u00ednim de tres entrenaments a la setmana.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Article 2: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019entrenador\/a tindr\u00e0 la potestat per a decidir els nadadors\/es que optaran a participar a qualsevol competici\u00f3, ja sigui de Lliga, Trofeus, Campionats, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">QUOTES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cal estar sempre al corrent de pagament per continuar nedant o disputar Campionats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Els nedadors\/es que accedeixin als Campionats de Catalunya o Espanya, hauran d\u2019abonar la quantitat corresponent. El club assumir\u00e0 les despeses de l\u2019entrenador\/a m\u00e9s un nadador\/a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: El Club cobra 12 quotes a l\u2019any (en cas de no haver-hi d\u00e8ficit es far\u00e0 una rebaixa a les quotes de Juliol o Agost per alleugerir als socis).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article\u00a0 4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0 La quota dels m\u00e0sters ser\u00e0 de 45\u20ac.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article\u00a0 5:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La quota del primer mes de prova ser\u00e0 de 30\u20ac. A partir del segon mes es pagar\u00e0 la quota de soci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Article 6: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els rebuts bancaris retornats tindran rec\u00e0rrec amb l\u2019import a determinar per l\u2019entitat banc\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Article 7: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan un nedador\/a es doni d\u2019alta durant els primers 15 dies la quota del mes ser\u00e0 del 100%, a partir del dia 16 del mes en endavant ser\u00e0 del 50%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Article 8: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les baixes dels nedadors\/es s\u2019han de notificar abans del dia 20 de cada mes sin\u00f3 es cobrar\u00e0 el mes sencer seg\u00fcent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><b>Article 9: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de lesi\u00f3\/malaltia greu (+30 dies)\u00a0 amb la presentaci\u00f3 de l\u2019informe m\u00e8dic corresponent es cobrar\u00e0 la quota de 25\u20ac de manteniment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Article 10:<\/strong> Els rebuts mensuals es cobraran entre el dia 1 i 5 de cada mes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SOCIS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: El Club informar\u00e0 al soci\/a mitjan\u00e7ant la p\u00e0gina web o directament al nedador\/a. No obstant es penjaran les not\u00edcies en el taulell d\u2019anuncis de la Piscina Municipal que el soci t\u00e9 l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 d\u2019anar a mirar m\u00ednim un cop al mes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Article 2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cal fer les revisions esportives en el termini que marca la llei (cada 2 anys), aconsellable cada any.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Article 3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: El soci\/a que es doni de baixa els mesos d\u2019estiu per no pagar quota i tornar-se a apuntar al setembre, se li cobrar\u00e0 una matricula de 150\u20ac.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REGLAMENT DE R\u00c8GIM INTERN<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Article 1<\/b><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Club disposa del reglament de r\u00e8gim intern que regula els drets i deures de tots els socis\/es, determina les normes generals de conducta i estableix el r\u00e8gim disciplinari.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnfigueres.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/NOU-REGLAMENT-DE-REGIM-INTERN-DEL-CLUB-NATACI\u00d3-FIGUERES.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">REGLAMENT DE R\u00c8GIM INTERIOR<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actualitzada a 20\/11\/2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EQUIPAMENT Article 1: Tot nedador\/a del C.N.
